BISS / working process

We agree first. Then we get to work.

We keep the work practical and define what is included before implementation. You know what will be delivered, what we need from you and how extra costs are handled.

Before work starts

We agree on the terms that shape the result.

The scope depends on your need. Before starting, you know what is included, what we need from you and how the result will be checked.

  1. 01

    Goal and scope

We describe the intended result, the tasks included and what remains outside the scope.

  2. 02

    Materials and participation

We agree which texts, images, access or decisions we need from you and who will give feedback.

  3. 03

    Price and schedule

We confirm the price and schedule once the scope is clear. Work starts after the terms are agreed.

  4. 04

    Revisions and approval

We agree in advance how feedback is collected, which revisions are included and how the completed work is checked.

From need to handover

Six clear steps

For a small one-off task, the steps may be shorter. Their scope and order depend on what we agree.

01

You describe the need

Tell us what you want to create or change, who it is for and what materials already exist. A short description is enough to begin.

02

We clarify the situation

We ask about the goal, materials, access and constraints. If the need is already clear, we move to an estimate.

03

We agree on the proposal

We document the work and deliverable, price, estimated schedule, each party’s responsibilities, revisions and approval method.

04

We do the agreed work

BISS completes its agreed part. You provide the needed materials and decisions; interim reviews are agreed separately.

05

We check and approve

We compare the result with the agreed criteria. You send feedback in the agreed format, and we make the included revisions.

06

We hand over the result

We provide the agreed files, materials or access and explain what was done. Further support is agreed separately.

Separately agreed tasks and costs

Extra work and costs require separate agreement.

If a new task appears or the agreed scope changes, we describe the change and its effect on price and schedule. We continue after you approve it.

Paid platforms, advertising budget, domain, hosting and licences are not automatically included in the work price. If needed, we state the separate costs in advance and agree them with you.

Support after handover is a separate service or agreement. It is not included unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Frequently asked questions

What is useful to know in advance

How long will the work take?

We can estimate the schedule after clarifying the need and scope. It depends on the work, source materials and approvals. We do not promise one standard schedule for every task.

How many revision rounds are included?

We agree the number and process before the specific work starts. If feedback changes the task or adds a new deliverable, we agree the price and schedule impact separately.

How do we know the work is approved?

Before starting, we define what will be handed over and how to check it. At approval, we compare the result with these criteria and address the agreed feedback.

Can we continue after handover?

Yes. Further development or regular support can be agreed separately, including its scope and price.

The next step

Have a task in mind? Start there.

Tell us what you need. We will define the scope and suggest a clear way forward.
