What materials we need
For an estimate, prepare a link to the offer, a description of the target audience and any available advertising materials. Account access and the working method are agreed separately.

Media budget is separate
BISS’s fee and the budget paid to Meta to display ads are different costs. The budget is decided and agreed separately and is not included in BISS services.
No outcome is guaranteed
Reach, clicks, enquiries, sales and acquisition cost depend on the offer, materials, audience, budget and other factors. We do not promise a predetermined commercial result.

The Meta advertising audit and the review of website or advertising performance are separate services. Both are offered free when you order Meta advertising.
Who pays for the ads to be shown?
The media budget is paid to the advertising platform and is not included in BISS’s fee. The budget is agreed separately.
Do you guarantee enquiries or sales?
No. We can carry out the agreed work, but commercial results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
Can we add graphics or a page?
Yes, if we agree the work and scope separately. See graphic design and landing page services.
Will you work in our advertising account?
Access to the account and any changes are agreed separately before work begins.
