Website operator and content
This website belongs to Biss Oy (BISS). For website enquiries, email info@biss.fi. The website contains general service descriptions, examples and indicative starting prices. This information is not a binding offer and may change.
Enquiries and entering into an agreement
Submitting the website form sends BISS a request to discuss your needs. It is not an order, does not reserve a time slot and does not oblige BISS to accept or begin the work. By submitting the form, you ask BISS to contact you at the email address you provide.
Before work begins, the parties separately agree the scope and outcome, price, taxes, schedule, acceptance method and other material terms. The agreement is formed at the time and in the form specified in the separate agreement between the parties. The client pays additional costs, such as charges for third-party platforms, licences, domain names, hosting and advertising budgets, only if these are separately agreed.
Prices and taxes
Prices shown as “from” are starting prices for the stated scope. Unless stated otherwise, service prices are shown excluding VAT. Taxable sales in Finland are subject to the statutory VAT rate; as at the update date of this text, Finland’s standard VAT rate is 25.5%. The applicable rate depends on the nature of the service and the circumstances of the transaction. The parties confirm the final price and tax before work begins. Current rates are published by the Finnish Tax Administration.
Rights to materials
Website text, graphics, marks and other materials belong to BISS or their respective rights holders. You may view the website for personal or business information purposes. Copying, publishing, distributing or using the materials commercially requires the rights holder’s prior permission, unless the law provides otherwise.
Links, privacy and acceptable use
External links lead to websites operated by others and subject to their own terms. Do not use this website to send spam or harmful material, infringe others’ rights or attempt unauthorised access. Do not include information in an enquiry that is not needed to handle your request.

Liability and governing law
BISS aims to keep website information up to date but does not guarantee that all descriptions and prices are always complete or error-free. Finnish law applies to use of this website within the limits permitted by mandatory rules.
